How do I create a Spotless Promise Account?

You can create an account here. Once you have an account you can book an appointment, view your booking history, buy and redeem gift cards and update your contact information, addresses, change your password, edit billing info and set your email preferences. If you need any assistance, shoot us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help!

Do you service my area?

We are small and growing, right now we are able to service the following counties:

Carroll, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, and Fulton.

If you live outside these counties, please send us a message and we may be able to set aside a day when we can dedicate a team to go to your area.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Spotless Promise Maids has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning.

The following extra services are available if selected at checkout: Inside the fridge, inside the oven, green cleaning, inside windows, basement, move in/move out, laundry, and inside cabinets.

What isn’t included?
To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting, outdoor work, carpet cleaning, mold or infestation removal, deep stain removal, cleaning of blinds and cleaning of areas outside of normal reach.

How much does a cleaning cost?

The total cost depends on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, how often we give you service and any extras you purchase. A typical 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom monthly cleaning will be $162 plus taxes.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Absolutely. Our cleaners will always have the supplies needed to make your home spotless. If there are any products or equipment you would like us to use instead of what we offer, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to make that happen!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! If you can’t find what you are looking for in the add-on section of our booking form you can always shoot us a quick message and we’ll try our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

How do I book my first appointment?

Just visit our booking page, tell us about your home and pick a date. It’s that easy!

Can I apply a promo code to an existing appointment?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account, click on your coming up appointment, add the promo-code and save. It will update to the new price.

I live outside the service area and was given a gift card.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We always interview our cleaners in person. We conduct background and reference checks. We are licensed and insured. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible with our cleaners in your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Contact us immediately and let us know what went wrong so we can remedy it quickly and efficiently. You can Email us at admin@spotlesspromisemaids.com or call at 404-939-2418.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We assure you that your credit card information is secure. Not only do we utilize extended validation SSL but credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered in a 256 bit security protocol. Additionally, no credit card numbers are stored in our system, just a token that allows us to charge you. We take security very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

We conduct full background checks and reference checks on every employee and we participate with E-Verify so all of our cleaners are legally authorized to work in the United States.
